In the journal Current Social Sciences, the Economics section publishes original research articles, letters, reviews/mini-reviews, and guest-edited thematic issues on various topics related to economics.
This section is not only limited to a specific aspect of the field but is also devoted to a wide range of sub-fields in the area. Articles of interdisciplinary nature are particularly welcome. He is also a National Ten Thousand Outstanding Young Scholar in China and research scholar at GTAP in Purdue University in the United States. He has published 3 books and more than 50 papers. His research involves energy and environmental finance, institutional and development economics, food policy evaluation and spatial big data econometrics.
Dr. Shulei Cheng is a professor in energy economics and environmental policy at the South-western University of Finance and Economics in China. His research interests cover climate change economics and policy, carbon governance, sustainable energy development in cities, and index decomposition method. Robert Nowacki is Associate Professor at the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw. He is also a member of program boards and review bodies of Polish and foreign journals. Besides, he is the founding member of the Polish Society of Market and Opinion Researchers and the Polish Scientific Marketing Society. He is the implementer of scientific projects, as well as provide expert opinions at the request of the administrative center and business entities. He has over 200 publications including monographs, chapters, articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals in the field of marketing management, marketing communication, advertising and the service sector, to his credit.
Dr. Pedro R. Palos-Sanchez received the Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Extremadura University, Spain, the master's degree in marketing from UOC, Spain, MBA from Camilo Jose Cela University, Spain and the Ph.D. degree in business administration from University of Sevilla, Spain. He is Associate Professor of University of Seville, Spain. His experience includes direction of numerous postgraduate courses and collaborations with private and public organizations. He has participated in research projects. He has participated in different papers, courses and articles in various conferences and programs on digital economy, entrepreneurship, and management both nationally and internationally, being his lines of research Digital Marketing, Business Organization and Information Systems. He has been the guest editor of several international scientific publications.
Neetu Choudhary is an independent consultant and adjunct faculty with the Arizona State University. She has been a Fulbright Fellow with the School of Human Evolution and Social Change, ASU. Dr. Neetu did doctorate in Economics from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. She has published considerably in the area of nutrition and water insecurity, gender, and informal workers' organizations. Dr. Neetu was also awarded the Global Development Network Award for the best research on development in 2014. Among her non-academic assignments, Neetu has been engaged with several UN organizations.
