HMGB2与HMGB1在卵巢癌和前列腺癌中的差异及研究前景

我们总结了HMGB1和HMGB2蛋白的共同和差异功能，并结合病理过程，特别关注癌症。目前，有几种“基因组学”方法帮助我们比较这两种蛋白在健康和癌变人类标本中的相对表达，以及在广泛的癌源性细胞系中的相对表达，或者在胎儿和成人细胞中的相对表达。近年来，干扰HMGB1功能的分子作为治疗药物在动物模型上进行了广泛的实验，并对其作用进行了总结。本文最后对HMGB分子作为前列腺癌和卵巢癌靶点的前景进行了讨论。
