摘要

生物科学的进步揭示了血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)的重要作用,它是各种人类病理中的关键细胞表面受体。ACE2是一种金属蛋白酶,不仅在调节血管紧张素II中发挥作用,而且在人体中具有一些非催化作用。尽管它几乎存在于所有器官中,但其蛋白质表达仍存在相当大的不确定性。人类中ACE2的表达水平及其亚细胞定位可能是对多种感染、症状和多种疾病结果易感性的关键决定因素。因此,我们总结了ACE2在与人类所有主要组织和器官相关的不同细胞类型中的分布和表达模式。此外,这篇综述为进一步研究不同天然化合物对ACE2的抑制能力提供了重要资源,以了解其作为疾病病理生理学中潜在药物靶点的机制,并有助于开发针对各种疾病的有效治疗方法。
