摘要

大脑的生化完整性对于维持正常的中枢神经系统(CNS)功能至关重要。氧化应激是导致大脑生化损伤的重要因素之一。氧化应激通常被定义为相对于抗氧化防御的自由基的过量形成。大脑特别容易受到氧化应激的影响,因为它的高耗氧量和富含脂质的含量。因此,氧化应激损伤与中枢神经系统功能异常有关。精神疾病是使人衰弱的疾病。精神疾病的潜在病理生理学定义不清,可能涉及许多临床因素和机制机制的相互作用。大量证据表明,氧化应激在几种神经精神疾病中起着复杂的作用,包括焦虑、双相情感障碍、抑郁症、强迫症、恐慌症和精神分裂症。为了解决这些问题,我们回顾了文献,认为氧化应激是神经精神疾病过程中的首要病理改变之一,在未来的研究中应该得到更多的关注。
