摘要

骨形态发生蛋白是一个严重关注的中心,已知执行各种癌症相关问题。由于BMP信号级联的多效性和危险性,特别是涉及到癌症反应时,它们变得更加不可预测。这一观点讨论了当前的治疗意义,强调了影响当前药物治疗失败的不同细胞方面,并推测了未来的研究途径,包括代谢组学研究和仿生肽治疗等新策略,以减轻癌症结果。
