水飞蓟素对生殖毒性的保护作用综述

摘要

生殖系统极易受到化疗药物、电离辐射、有毒重金属、化学物质等的伤害。这些有害刺激可诱导生殖器官的氧化损伤、细胞凋亡、炎症等机制,导致不同的生殖不良效应。研究表明,使用药用植物(中草药)可以有效地预防和治疗多种健康状况。水飞蓟素是一种从水飞蓟种子中提取的草药提取物。即使在相对较高的生理剂量值下,这种草药制剂也是无毒的,这表明它可以安全用于治疗各种疾病。水飞蓟素的肝、神经、心脏和肾保护作用已经被评估过。水飞蓟素具有抗氧化、抗凋亡、抗炎、抗纤维化、免疫调节和膜稳定等保护作用。本文就水飞蓟素对生殖毒性的保护作用的研究进展进行综述。并对水飞蓟素抗细胞毒性的分子机制进行了研究。此外,还讨论了水飞蓟素改进配方和给药系统的发现。
