心外膜脂肪组织是指围绕在心肌周围的脂肪,是一个活跃的器官,在病理生理状态下可通过炎症、纤维化、脂肪浸润、电生理问题等多种途径诱发心血管疾病。因此,控制其体积和厚度,特别是对糖尿病患者来说,是非常重要的。以肠促胰岛素为基础的药物是新开发的抗糖尿病药物,可以通过控制和调节心外膜脂肪提供进一步的心血管益处。它们可以通过迅速减少心外膜脂肪组织,提高心脏效率来降低心血管风险。我们正处于漫长道路的第一步,但目前的证据表明了可能机制的总和。在这项研究中,我们评估心外膜肥胖的生理和病理状态以及肠促胰岛素类药物的影响。
