摘要

感光体损失是全世界失明的主要原因。干细胞疗法为视网膜变性疾病提供了新的策略。视网膜祖细胞可以在体外衍生自胚胎干细胞(ESC),但不能加工成成熟状态。另外,成年受体视网膜呈现出与光感受器前体供体完全不同的环境。 似乎异位发育调节了移植细胞的生长因子对受体环境的调节可以产生有效的假定感光体。这篇评论文章的目的是研究生长因子的信号传导途径,这些途径包括:胰岛素样生长因子(IGF),成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF),神经生长因子(NGF),脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF),牛磺酸视黄酸(RA)参与神经视网膜细胞的分化,例如;感光细胞和视网膜祖细胞。鉴于相关文献中可获得的结果,ESC对感光细胞和视网膜神经元的分化功效以及生长因子在激活信号传导途径(如Akt,Ras / Raf1 /和ERKs)中的重要作用也抑制了ASK1 / JNK细胞凋亡途径。操纵分化培养物,生长因子可以影响视网膜变性疾病中的感光细胞移植效率。
