Massive weight loss patients present characteristic breast deformities. Most of the techniques
developed for correcting typically enlarged or ptotic breasts fail in this patient group, instead more
complex and challenging manipulations are usually needed. Selection of the surgical technique is
mainly based on the available breast volume. An algorithm for surgical correction of breast deformities
following massive weight loss is presented.
