evolving due to the swift integration of data and information processing advancements
with the progress of human resources management (HRM). This paper explores the
existing body of research on HR analytics and its significance in making predictive
decisions within organizations. HRM is centered on identifying tools and metrics,
founded on the fundamental principle that employers and employees can collaborate to
achieve shared objectives within the hierarchical structure of an organization. In such a
dynamic landscape, human resources remain a pivotal distinguishing factor for any
