Preparation and main electrophysical characteristics of narrow-gap semiconductor ZnCdHgTe thin films are described.
Experimental room-temperature current-voltage and capacitance-voltage dependences are presented. Energy band diagram
construction procedure and results of the numerical simulation of experimental data are also discussed.
