Numerous bipyrazole-based metal-organic frameworks (MOF) were
synthesized via mixing a number of bipyrazole ligands with several transition-metal
cations, and the obtained MOF represented interesting applications in the field of
material science and pharmaceuticals due to their high degree of crystallinity and
internal porosity. There are photo-luminescence, sensing, gas separations, electrical
conductivity, and energy storage, among those interesting applications.
