Multiple Ovulation and Embryo Transfer (MOET) is one of the
biotechnologies of reproduction most utilized in the world to produce a high number of
in vivo embryos. In the buffalo species the application of this technology meets several
difficulties, and the embryo recovery rate is definitely lower than that recorded in
cattle. This chapter aims at discussing the state of art of MOET in buffaloes and to
analyze the factors that limit and influence its efficiency.
