摘要

白细胞免疫球蛋白(Ig)样受体(LILRs)由5个抑制亚群(LILRB1-5)和6个刺激亚群(LILRA1-6)组成。LILR群体主要存在于免疫细胞中,特别是髓系细胞,在免疫抑制和免疫刺激反应中起调节作用,在此过程中,非经典主要组织相容性复合体(MHC) I类分子广泛参与。此外,LILR也分布在某些肿瘤细胞中,与恶性肿瘤的进展有关。总的来说,到目前为止,抑制Ig样LILRB2的研究相对比较充分。本文综述了LILRs的整个家族及其与关键配体连接后在各种疾病中的生物学功能,从而为它们在这些病理过程中的潜在作用提供更多信息,并给出靶向LILR策略的临床意义。
