心房颤动(AF)是一个日益增长的公共卫生问题,与显著的发病率和死亡率相关。除药物治疗外,导管消融是恢复和维持窦性心律的有效策略。然而,消融并不是没有风险的,而且房颤在相当比例的患者中复发。非侵入性的、容易获取的标记或指标可以根据消融后成功结果的可能性对患者进行分层,这将使我们能够选择最合适的患者进行手术,减少房颤复发率和潜在的生命危险。脑钠肽(BNP)和脑钠肽N端前激素(NT-proBNP)作为可能预测消融成功的指标已引起人们的广泛关注。一些研究已经证明了高消融前这些肽水平与房颤复发的可能性之间的联系。因此,在选择导管消融患者时,测量脑钠素肽水平可能有一定的作用。
